The best beauty hacks that every woman will looove using day in and out!

Hey, beauty queens! I am super psyched for today’s post, because it’s going to be all about beauty hacks that you probably haven’t heard of before.
These are the hacks that I use all the time when to save my time and money, and to level up my glow-up game using simple everyday items available at home.
They make me look like ‘that girl’ in no time at all, and I think every woman can benefit from having these hacks in her pocket.
You can think of this post as your go-to guide for little beauty secrets that actually make a difference.
Grab your iced matcha (or coffee, no judgment here), and let’s get into it!
21 Beauty Hacks That Are Awesome
1. Ice Your Skin After Waking Up
If you’re waking up with a puffy face, ice is your new BFF.
Rubbing an ice cube all over your face for a couple of minutes will instantly depuff, tighten pores, and give you a sculpted look (no exagerration).
You can use an ice cube wrapped in a soft cloth, but I am obsessed with the facial icing tools available in the beauty market these days. They are so cute and handy!
I use an ice roller after cleansing my face. You’d first need to stick it in the freezer at night (wrapped in a clean ziplock bag).
But the results are so so good. My face absorbs morning skincare so much better afterwards, plus the rosy look is to die for.

If you want to add extra skincare ingredients to your ice like green tea, rose water, or cucumber juice, then buy this face ice mold.
Side tip: Keep a spoon in the fridge and press it under your eyes for a quick de-puffing fix. Say bye-bye to tired eyes!
2. Lip Balm Hacks
That little tube of lip balm in your bag? It’s a multitasking queen. You can use it to:
- Highlight your cheekbones for a natural dewy glow.
- Tame flyaways and baby hairs.
- Hydrate dry cuticles.
- Smooth out brow hairs when you’re out of brow gel.
- Add a subtle sheen to your eyelids for an effortless glossy look.
So, yes, ladies. Keep a simple lip balm with you everywhere. In your bag, car, and nightstand. And use the above beauty hacks whenever needed.

3. Wash Your Face For 60 Seconds
Washing your face is obviously a non-negotiable, but did you know most people rush through it?
I used to too! I think 20 seconds was the max I’d cleanse my face, but then I read an article that told me that Korean women cleanse their face for 60 seconds before washing it off.
That’s actually how a cleanser is supposed to be use for full effect.
So, whenever you wash your face, massage the cleanser into your skin for a full 60 seconds.
This will allow the ingredients to actually do their job, breaking down dirt, oil, and makeup properly.
This will also boost circulation, which means glowier skin. Your skin will feel brand new after every cleanse.

4. Mix Moisturizer With Your Foundation
You probably apply your foundation directly to your face, as is mentioned on the label and shown in so many tutorials.
But if you mix a some moisturizer with your foundation, you will get a natural second-skin finish.
It will give you a soft and healthy glow minus the cakey look that we all hate.
If you want even more radiance, then add a drop of liquid highlighter, and boom! Instant goddess glow.
5. Double Ponytail Hack
Ever spotted a girl have voluminous and bouncy ponytails, and thought, “Oh my god, I want that!”
Well, I am your beauty genie today.
The trick is to tie your hair into two ponytails—one high and one low, stacking them on top of each other.
It creates the illusion of a fuller and thicker ponytail with zero extensions. Easy and awesome, right?
6. Apply Lotion Before Perfume
Want your perfume to stick around longer? Duh, of course you do.
Apply an unscented lotion or petroleum jelly to your pulse points before putting on your perfume.
The lotion will lock in the scent, making it last way longer than usual.
I use the good old Vaseline for this. It doesn’t irritate my skin and doesn’t interrupt the scent’s natural fragrance either.

7. Use a White Eyeliner To Make Eyes Look Big
I try my best to get my beauty sleep, but there are days when I wake up after just 2 hours of sleep and need to look awake and fresh on the go.
For those mornings, my white eyeliner saves me from looking like a zombie. It makes my eyes look bigger instantly.
If you want to make your eyes look bigger and brighter, then grab a nude or white eyeliner and apply it to your waterline.
A little mascara, and no one will know you pulled an all-nighter binge-watching Netflix.
8. Lift Your Lashes With A Spoon
If your lashes need an extra lift but you don’t have a curler (like when you’re at a restaurant), grab a spoon.
Hold the edge of the spoon against your eyelid and press your lashes upward using your thumb.
Then, apply mascara while holding them up. Instant lash lift, baby!
9. Apply Concealer In Triangle Shape Under Eyes
Whenever you want to hide your eyebags with a concealer, apply it in an upside-down triangle shape instead of dotting it under your eyes.
Why, though?
Because doing this will brighten up your whole face rather than just covering dark circles.
Blend it out well and enjoy the natural finish.
10. Heat Your Eyelash Curler
Chances are you’ve already heard of this beauty hack because it’s gotten insanely popular, and I absolutely love it.
Before you use your lash curler, warm it up slighly using a hairdryer for a few seconds (not too hot, please).
Then, curl your lashes like normal. The heat will set the curl, and your lashes will stay lifted all day long.
This is no different than using heat on your hair to style it, you know. Since lashes are basically hair, heat keeps them curled for longer time.

11. Apply Castor Oil To Grow Your Lashes and Brows
If you’re trying to grow your lashes and brows, then castor oil is a miracle worker.
My salon lady recommended it to me once when my brows had started getting thinner, and it really really helped.
Apply a tiny amount of castor oil with a clean spoolie before bed, and you’ll start seeing results in a few weeks.
12. Use Lipstick as Blush
If you ever forget your blush at home but need to do a touchup, then use your lipstick.
Just dab a bit on your cheeks and blend it out with your fingers. It will give a natural flush to your cheeks.
I actually prefer using the lipstick I’m wearing as blush rather than a real one, because it matches my lips and ties my whole look together beautifully.

13. Old Mascara Hacks
We mostly toss out our old mascara wands, but what if I told you there are some ways to reuse them?
Here’s how to use your used mascara wands:
- Use them to groom your brows.
- Exfoliate lips by running them gently over dry skin.
- Tame baby hairs along your hairline with a little hairspray.
I always keep at least one used mascara in my beauty box. It’s super helpful for finishing touches.
14. Braid Your Hair Before Bed
A hair curler isn’t the only way to give yourself waves. I am not talking about using rollers either.
For natural waves, you can braid your slightly damp hair before bed!
After waking up, undo the braids, and run your fingers through your hair.
You’ll have heatless and beachy waves with zero effort.
Also, braiding your hair before bed is a healthy habit that avoids frizz and hairfall.
15. Blow Dry Your Roots For More Volume
Okay, time for another gorgeous hair hack.
If you blow dry regularly like me, then flip your head upside down and blow-dry your roots too.
This will lift your hair, and give your hair more volume that will last all day long.
Oh, and using dry shampoo at the roots also helps keep your hair voluminous.

16. The Underpainting Method
Instead of layering your foundation first, sometimes try applying your contour and concealer before your base.
Once you blend it all together, you’ll get a seamless look without the heaviness of traditional contouring.
17. Use Toothbrush To Tame Flyaway
Got annoying baby hairs or flyaways? Yeah, me too. They can be so annoying and hard to get rid of.
I don’t like using serum or any product directly because they can make the hair greasy.
So, a toothbrush comes real handy for this.
Just spritz some hairspray onto a clean toothbrush and use it to gently smooth your hair down. Smoothly is the keyword here, okay?
It will give you you a polished look without making your hair crunchy and greasy.
18. The Inverted Mascara Trick
Instead of just swiping mascara upwards, start by coating the top of your lashes first.
Gently wiggle the mascara wand down, then apply as usual from the bottom.
This will create a double-coat over each lash, making them look way thicker and longer without any clumps.
19. The Vaseline Lash Trick
Uh, it might be clear by now that I am a lash-loving girlie. I promise this is the last beauty hack related to lashes.
For naturally fluttery lashes, apply a thin coat of Vaseline before bed.
It will conditions and strengthen your lashes, making them softer and shinier over time.
Oh, and btw, you can also use vaseline to remove stubborn mascara from your lashes.

20. Dry Shampoo Before Bed
If you have oily hair, then you’re going to love this hack.
Use a dry shampoo before going to bed, instead of using it in the morning.
It will absorb oil before it builds up, and you’ll wake up with voluminous hair instead of sticky hair.
21. Fake Fuller Lips with Lip Liner and Gloss
I have nothing against getting lip fillers, but knowing this beauty hack will never ever make me want to go for fillers myself.
First, you overline your lips with a liner that’s close to your natural lip shade, and then pop a shiny gloss in the center of your lips.
This will give the illusion of plumper lips, and make you look absolutely stunning.

Okay, so those were the 21 beauty hacks from my end.
Which one are you most excited to try? Let me know in the comments!
